What are the benefits of using DT&T to transfer my fund?
DT&T is a legitimate company united by a commitment of integrity, honesty and quality service. We provide a seamless, efficient, reliable and fast service. We offer better exchange rates, low charges and same day payment to recipient.
How does DT&T operate from its offices?
Once customers are registered, they will be asked by our customer service officers to provide the necessary information to process their transaction. Information about the terms and conditions of service, Currency rates, and any restrictions that may apply will be provided to customers at the point of conducting transactions. Provided that customers are satisfied with the above, the transfer would be processed and the recipient should access their funds within the set time frame for the destination country.
How and where can I transfer fund?
There are several ways, in which you can transfer your funds:

3. Visit our Approved Agent to process your transfer
Do you accept credit or debit cards over the phone?
At present, we do not accept credit or debit cards over the phone or online.
In which country do the DT&T operate?
The DT&T money transfer is available from any of our offices to all destination points listed in our Countries List section. Please check our Countries List to obtain an update of our services about all destination points.
Where will my recipient collect the transferred funds?
DT&T works with independent banks companies, which provides external support to make payments to the recipients of transactions. These are licensed organisations that carry out financial services.
How can I collect the transferred funds from these organisations?
The recipient must complete a receipt form, detailing his/her personal details and the details of the transaction, and provide a valid proof of identification. For some countries, special requirements may apply in certain circumstances. Please check with us before using the service.
How long will it take for my money to be paid out?
We aim to make payments on the same day. Please check for special delivery conditions that may apply to certain countries.
What documents do I need to bring to use DT&T?
Customers will be required to register following standard identification procedures. A valid proof of identification and proof of address are required. Should you need to transfer large amounts of money, other requirements will apply. Please check before using the service. Further information may also be requested at the country where payment is going to be made.
What is the highest amount that I can transfer?
Customers are allowed to transfer any amount as long as they comply with DT&T procedures. Special restrictions may apply in/to certain countries. Please check at your local branch.
